600 x 1200 mm Full Body Vitrified Tiles

Large format with half the joints of a 600x600 floor. The size that makes a room read as one continuous surface — and the one that most rewards a properly levelled screed, because lippage between two rigid metre-long tiles shows.

  • 2 pieces per box — 1.44 m² coverage
  • 9 mm thick, 28 kg per box
  • Around 1,180 m² in a 20ft container

60 x 120 cm Full Body Vitrified — common questions

How many 60 x 120 cm tiles are in a box?

2 pieces, covering 1.44 square metres and weighing about 28 kg gross. A pallet holds 36 boxes.

How many square metres fit in a container?

Approximately 1,180 m² in a 20-foot container and 2,400 m² in a 40-foot, at 9 mm thickness. Thicker tiles hit the payload limit before they fill the volume, so the figure drops sharply above 12 mm.

How many boxes do I need?

Divide your measured area in square metres by 1.44, round up, then add ten per cent for cuts, breakage and future repairs — fifteen per cent for a diagonal or herringbone layout.

What is 60 x 120 cm in inches?

About 24 x 48 in. The metric figure is the exact one, because the tile is manufactured to metric dimensions and imperial equivalents are always approximate.
