How we work with importers

We are a manufacturer, not a trading house. Orders are pressed and fired against your specification in Morbi, which means the shade you approve from a sample is the shade that is produced, and a repeat order six months later can be run from the same body and glaze recipe rather than sourced from whichever factory happens to have stock.

Most customers buy by the full container, because port charges and duty make part loads uneconomic almost everywhere we ship. A 20-foot container carries roughly 1,100 to 1,400 square metres of tile depending on size and thickness; a 40-foot roughly double. Containers can be mixed across ranges and can carry sanitary ware alongside tiles.

For first orders we normally send physical samples, agree the specification in writing, and produce against a proforma invoice. Payment terms are typically an advance with the balance against documents, though we work on letters of credit for established volume buyers.

OEM and private-label production is a substantial part of what we do: your brand on the carton, your artwork, your box quantity and pallet labelling, produced to your decor selection.
