Supplying Asia

Asia here means our domestic market. We manufacture in Morbi, Gujarat, which produces the large majority of India\x27s ceramic tile output, and supply dealers, builders, architects and project contractors across the country directly from the factory.

For a domestic buyer the practical consequence is that there is no trading layer in between. Pricing is quoted at the factory gate, a specification change is a conversation with the plant rather than a negotiation through an intermediary, and buyers placing project volumes routinely come to Morbi to watch production and select shades in person.

Domestic despatch is by road, typically two to seven days depending on distance. Dealer pricing and project pricing are quoted separately, and project quantities can be produced in a single firing run so shade stays consistent across an entire scheme.

What every Asia shipment includes

• Full container load from Mundra or Kandla, FOB / CIF / CFR as agreed
• Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin
• Bill of lading and shipping advice on despatch
• Test reports and technical data sheets for customs and standards clearance
• Physical samples approved before production starts
• Single-batch production so shade is consistent across the whole order
