Do you ship full containers to Ghana?

Can one container hold several different tile ranges?

Yes, and most of our Ghana customers order that way. A mixed container can combine sizes, finishes and ranges, and can include sanitary ware alongside tiles, which brings the freight cost per unit down substantially.

What documents do you provide with a shipment?

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, and the test reports and technical data sheets your clearing agent or standards authority will ask for. We prepare the full set in-house.

Do you supply samples before an order?

Yes. We send physical samples of the shades and finishes you are considering before a container is committed, which matters because printed catalogues never reproduce a tile's tone accurately.
