Ceramic Sanitary Ware — Water Closets, Wash Basins & Urinals
We make sanitary ware in the same works as the tiles, which is why our customers ship both in one container. Vitreous china, fired to the same density standards, in the closet and basin formats the export markets actually order.

- Vitreous china with an easy-clean glaze
- Ships in the same container as your tile order

Why buy sanitary ware with your tiles
Sanitary ware is bulky and light for its volume, which makes it expensive to ship on its own — a container of closets fills up long before it reaches its weight limit. Tiles are the opposite: dense and heavy, hitting the payload limit with the container only part full.
Loading the two together is what fixes that. The tiles sit low and use the weight allowance, the sanitary ware fills the space above, and the freight cost per unit drops sharply for both. Mixed containers of tiles, sanitary ware and basins are standard for our West African and Indian customers for exactly this reason.
It also simplifies everything downstream: one supplier, one proforma, one set of documents, one arrival. For a distributor stocking a bathroom package rather than individual lines, that is usually worth more than a few per cent on the unit price.
વારંવાર પૂછાતા પ્રશ્નો
What is sanitary ware made of?
Vitreous china — a clay body fired at high temperature and coated with a glass-hard, non-porous glaze. The glaze is what makes it cleanable and stain resistant; the vitrified body underneath is what makes it strong enough to sit on and stable enough not to absorb water over decades of use.
Can sanitary ware ship in the same container as tiles?
Yes, and it usually should. Tiles are dense and reach the container weight limit early; sanitary ware is bulky and reaches the volume limit early. Loaded together they balance each other out and the freight cost per unit falls for both.
Do you supply S-trap and P-trap closets?
Both. S-trap discharges down through the floor, P-trap discharges back through the wall. Which one you need depends entirely on the plumbing already in the building, so confirm it before ordering — a closet with the wrong trap cannot be connected.
What is the minimum order for sanitary ware?
We supply by the container, and most customers order sanitary ware as part of a mixed load with tiles rather than on its own. Tell us the closet and basin models and quantities and we will work out the loading plan alongside the tiles.

Tell us the closet and basin types you stock and we will send the range with container pricing, loaded alongside your tile order.
